REMIX OF LITTLE PLANETS DEBUT SINGLE 'PRAY'
Mewsik is the project of brothers Dan and Rob Mews. Aiming for an eclectic range of styles, Mewsik are exploring their sound amongst various genres of electronic music, varying from ambient dance to melodic house. Their debut singles 'Don't Hold Me Down' and 'Daydreamer' encapsulate their developing versatility in production and songwriting, with the siblings continuing to broaden their musical horizons whilst honing in their craft.
Little Planets are an Alt-Pop band formed by 5 university housemates who met in Leeds in 2019. Fronted by charismatic duo Tia and Sophie, they offer honest, tongue-in-cheek lyricism reminiscent of Lily Allen and Kate Nash. Combine this with an 80’s pop-inspired guitar and bass driven rhythm section, you get a sound that is accessible and catchy at the first listen. Pre-covid, the band began their journey into the live music scene with appearances at Rotherham Real Ale and Music Festival and Leeds’ own Lending Room. Most recently, they successfully released their debut single ‘Pray’ with the remix still to come.
