Little Planets are an Alt-Pop band formed by 5 university housemates who met in Leeds in 2019. Fronted by charismatic duo Tia and Sophie, they offer honest, tongue-in-cheek lyricism reminiscent of Lily Allen and Kate Nash. Combine this with an 80’s pop-inspired guitar and bass driven rhythm section, you get a sound that is accessible and catchy at the first listen. Pre-covid, the band began their journey into the live music scene with appearances at Rotherham Real Ale and Music Festival and Leeds’ own Lending Room. Following the successful release of their debut single 'Pray', most recently, the band dropped their newest release 'Silent'- an uplifting, bass-driven track that has been described by Liverpool-based blog 'Where Are The Girlbands' (@WhereAreTheGirlBands) to be "exciting", "powerful" and "an absolute ear-worm" - "the single to listen to when you're fuming and in need of a good dance to shake off the feeling."
